When you provide a device for service, you authorize us to access data on it as needed to perform the work. Wiping, resetting, reinstalling, repairing, recovering, or recycling a device may result in data loss, and you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. For secure wiping, drive destruction, and recycling, data removal is intentional and irreversible. A Certificate of Data Destruction is available on request.
8. Data retention & deletion
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; obtain a portable copy; opt out of any sale or targeted advertising (we do neither); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
